What exactly does the £500 one-time redesign include?
For a flat £500, you will receive a full website redesign from start to finish. That includes a modern, responsive design built with standard web technologies, copy and imagery polish, and full hand-over of files and hosting setup. There are no subscriptions or ongoing fees. You fully own your site once it is complete.
How fast will the redesign be delivered?
Once you provide your existing website link, brand colours, content, and access details, the site is usually live within 48 hours. Delays only happen if required assets or feedback are not provided on time.
How many pages are included in the redesign?
The package is flexible. We build as many bespoke pages as your content requires within the agreed project scope. The goal is to deliver a polished, professional site rather than limit you to a set number of pages.
Will I own my website once it is finished?
Yes. After payment and delivery, you will receive all source files, code, and assets. You will have full ownership and control of the website and hosting with no ongoing commitment.
Can I request changes if I am not happy with something?
Yes. Your project includes two rounds of revision, including the first design presentation. Any additional changes beyond those two rounds can be quoted separately.

Because each site is custom-built, refunds are only granted at our discretion. If work has not started, a full refund may be possible. If work has begun or the site has been delivered, refunds are not available.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance or updates after delivery?
Ongoing updates and maintenance are not included in the one-time redesign package. They can be quoted separately if you decide later that you want ongoing support.
